this is a high speed textile lift sling webbings continuous dyeing machine & finishing machine.
1)Application: The continuous dyeing machine(with PLC) is especially used for dyeing  Textiel Lift Slings and Heavy Duty Belts with elongation.

2)Processes: Feed in  →dyeing padder→infrared  predrying → hold mangle→thermofixation →cool off→pull mangle →take off

3)Production capacity:2 pcs/time,0-25meter/min/pcs.

4)can dye both 350mm width sling webbings,heavy duty webbings, tie down straps, lash straps and so on.

5)with strong elongation function. for 300mm width webbing 1 meter go into dyeing machine, and 1.02meter come out after dyed

                                                             for 50mm width webbing 1 meter go into dyeing machine and 1.12meter come out after dyed
