)Application: The continuous dyeing machine(with PLC) is especially used for dyeing  Textiel Lift Slings,tie down straps, lash straps and Heavy Duty Belts with elongation.

2)Production capacity:1-4 pcs/time,0-15meter/min/pcs.

3)can dye both 350mm width sling webbings,heavy duty webbings, tie down straps, lash straps and so on.

4 )with strong elongation function.

for 300mm width webbing :1 meter go into dyeing machine, and

                                               1.02meter  come  out after dyed

  for 50mm width webbing :1 meter go into dyeing machine and

                                              1.06meter  come out after dyed

Processes:Feed in→dyeing padder→infrared predrying→hold mangle→thermofixation→cool off →pull mangle→take off
